Service Plan

What is a service plan?

A Service Plan pays for specified aspects of the recommended car service by an approved facility for a specific term or kilometres travelled, whichever comes first, in the Republic of South Africa. Filters, spark plugs and lubricants are normally covered by our car servicing providers.

Why a Service Plan?

Car servicing can be expensive, but buying a Service Plan comes with the following benefits:

**OEM is the original equipment manufacturer of a new vehicle, who manufactures the original parts and components used during the construction of your vehicle. In certain countries, the OEM is often represented by an Importer of a specific brand of vehicle.

Difference between a Service Plan and a Maintenance Plan?

Service Plan pays for specified aspects of the recommended services of your car by an approved facility for a specific term or kilometres travelled, whichever comes first, in the Republic of South Africa. Filters, spark plugs and lubricants are normally covered by our Service Plan product partners and their car servicing providers. A Car Maintenance Plan pays for everything included in the Service Plan, plus the replacement, maintenance or repair of specific wear-and-tear parts, when necessary.
